It is a work of mark right, in the sense that the book deals with subjects related to the problem of the marks in Venezuela.

The importance of the book is in which it contains a mathematical, scientific and safe model that it allows us to obtain the present and present value of a mark. Although the intention and main idea of the work is the monetary quantification of the marks, the author does not arrive immediately at the central subject, but that it teaches the fundamental thing, as is the nature of the goods, which are the inmmateriales, the creation of these, the history of the mark, its quality, value, estimation, incorporation to the balance and, finally, the methods to valorize them in order to countable determine it is value in the market and its importance in the enterprise archives, in addition to something little known: the possibility of mortgaging a mark.
